Artist's Description
The photo of these flags was shot in Tempe, AZ at a memorial for all who perished in the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks. A flag was placed for each life that was lost that day. Each flag has a tag with the name and description of one of the persons who perished so tragically. It is a very moving thing to see so many flags representing so many lives that were taken without cause.
I also took the photo of this fireman who was standing at full attention during the ceremony, to represent those who so valiantly gave their lives to save the lives of complete strangers. As the pack states on the fireman\\\'s pack, MAY WE NEVER FORGET!
All proceeds from sales will go to the Fire Dept.

Born and raised in a small town in Oregon, Jean Hildebrant found herself drawn to the beauty of art at the exceptionally early age of three. With a love for art growing within, Jean spent most of her free-time drawing to develop her gift. As her personal style began to develop, she discovered that she especially enjoyed working in oil and pastel mediums. Specializing in portraits and figurative works. As Jean continued seeking out ways to improve her talents, she attended workshops held by local artists and enrolled as an art major in the local college.
